I Fell.

HELLO EVERYBODY! (say that exactly like Gru in Minion Rush)

I do hope there's still some people out there.

Finals' just around the corner, 2 days to be exact.

Crazy things I do/did, instead of revising for the exam,

1. I just pledged on PledgeMusic for Megan Nicole's handwritten lyrics sheet package minutes ago

2. I spent one day finishing a book that I bought the day before and

I FELL-

for the 2 main fictional characters in the book.

Yep. I've said it. I don't usually get engaged with the characters in the books I've read but then, this is definitely an exception.

If I were a famous film director, I'd make a movie out of this book.

Did I mention that one of the main character's name is A? Coincidence much.

I cried at the ending of the book.Yes.

I read/ heard that there's a sequel/ companion to this book, from the other main character's POV!

Enough rambling for this post.

Till then, stay safe!

Unexpectedly. Again.

I intend to write a sentence but I keep pressing the backspace key and ended up with this single line.

Unexpectedly.

I ain't trying to convey anything here, just showing the video to anyone out there. Honest. pffttt

So, I've placed my order for Jason Chen's What If Acoustic album. Anticipating the advent of the package.

Yep, that's pretty much it. For now.

October 25, 2013.

October 25,  2011.

October 25, 2012 I posted this:

I used to be the pathetic loser who was stuck in the past.

Now, not anymore.

No worries, I will always remember.

Ich vermisse dich Chicago Fall Semester 2011 and Miss Jacq.

Mid semester break.

It's the week after Week 6, hence it's mid semester break.
Unfortunately, when you're in an Engineering school, THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS MID-SEMESTER BREAKS (Sorry, I accidentally hit the CAPS LOCK key. See? I did it again. My bad.), despite the fact that there are only some classes which aren't in session this week.

With that said, I have Wednesday off! Then again, some scumbag engineering students' club decided to ruin my perfectly planned day off with some field trip. Whoopdeedoo.

Why can't it be done during some other week? Better still, why on earth must I go for that field trip?
With vultures mooching my personal space, hovering over my breathing air. I doubt it'll be interesting.

Plot twist:

If the field trip was meant for the other subject, I'm positively sure that it will definitely, absolutely and most certainly be one of the best field trip ever! I wouldn't even mind if it's during the 1 week break.

Why?

I'll leave you hanging with that matter here.

Hint: My nose's bleeding. Literally.

Stuck in the middle.

I pretty much flunked my very first C programming lab test today. Nope, I'm not being modest or anything.
I'm so toasted.

Sunday, October 06, 2013

Rocktober?

Currently 1/3 of the semester has passed by and I still have NO idea what's going on.

The only subject that makes sense is Calculus.

C Programming, Telecommunications and Physics are like Latin language to me.

I guess that's enough complaining.

Usually I'm not a sucker for this genre of song but yeah.

I blame my lab partner for this.

And oh, did I mention All Time Low's Alex Gaskarth co-wrote that song?

Freaking Me Out

Aite, here's the stats.

C programming is freaking me out! Such primitive language doesn't make any sense to me, up to this point.

I'm such a noob. I'd rather stick to Calculus and Physics only.

What did I get myself into?

Back to School.

School starts tomorrow.

My sleeping pattern's all messed up.

I'm not used to the timetable system and only found out that this week's all about lectures and no labs.

The good news: no awkward moments when introducing self to the whole class during labs and tutorials. Phew.

I'm not prepared for school yet. With all the recent happenings in the family, I didn't have time to even shop for a pen (yes, my policy: 1 pen 1 semester. Trust me, it works. Unless it gets lost) and a notebook.

Guess I'll have to scavenge for those stuff in my lair later on.

No worries, class starts at 11.30 and I got all the time in the world. Not.

· · · – – – · · ·

Yes.

. . . _ _ _ . . .

S.O.S

Help.

Who knew, registering for classes would be such a hassle? To top that off, you're somewhat "chasing" for the most ideal lecturers for maximum learning experiences.

When you've done so, the system somehow randomize the allocated classes with the respective classes and eventually, you're stuck with only the preferred time slot.

If I were to switch classes, in order to enhance the learning-teaching experience, the current schedule will be messed up and more bad news: the ideal time slots for other subjects will definitely be gone.

Hence,

Goodbye Madam Ideal, hello Sir of Digression.

Not really sure why I decided to ramble here. Perhaps, if I were to do so on Twitter, no one gives a ****

Living Dangerously.

I've been experiencing the so-called "identity crisis" lately. Turns out I'm sick of all of the songs in my playlist and possession. All of 'em, which used to be so cool, now seem very mundane and peeves me off.

In the end, I decided to delete 'em all. I meant, the ones in my playlist. You know, to start off with a clean slate. Yep, I removed 'em all because

It felt really good, though.

Unfortunately, I have one problem.

I do not know what songs I should listen to now. I've never patron any specific bands, the new bands of course. The worst thing (perhaps) is I've never listened to a whole album of songs.

Any brilliant suggestions of songs and/or bands for me to start with?

Nose Bleed.

By just listening to her, especially her accent, my nose bleeds. Literally.

Was too infatuated with her accent till I have to replay the whole video to understand what she's really saying. I wonder what gum flavor does she patron. Hmmm..
The dude's one lucky guy.

Another one.
Man, I gotta keep my cool. Yeah. Cool.

Be sure to watch both videos with the highest resolution 'cause, her pulchritude is a bonus. No chiz, dude.

In A World Like This.

"In a world like this where some back out, I, I know we're gonna make it." (Backstreet Boys, 2013)

Wednesday, August 14, 2013

Especially for:

Dear beloved friends who are on Blogger and who are also A- Level 2013 candidiates.

I did not mean to taunt, haunt and daunt you with the previous post.

We are aware that tomorrow is a big day, a life changing moment. No chiz. Brace yourselves.

I pray that may all of your hard work pay off and you are able to share the news with me,celebrate your success, gloat/brag to your kids one day, do your passports and visa, attend the pre-departure briefing,  go through all the pain and suffering of packing, go to the airport with a wide smile, go through the internationals departure hall in KLIA in your smart blazers together with your friends and  so much more.

No matter what, bear in mind that:

"His plans are better than your dreams".

Trust me. I've been through all that and I'm indeed very grateful.

Whatever happens, I'll still be your friend.

T.H.D.

Taunted. Haunted and Daunted.

I know how it really feels. All of the uncertainties are slowly killing each and one of you from the inside.

Especially when you're being the first among your siblings who's gonna study abroad. Worried that all your dreams well, I won't finish that sentence. Not gonna jinx anything.

You'd be lying if you don't even feel a slight jittery feeling of what tomorrow may bring.

No offence but that's how I felt when you people "taunted" me non-stop with this irritating question:
 " A, ko bile fly?"

Does that ring a bell? No? Pfftt.

Thursday, August 08, 2013

I've got nothing...

...to post.

Frankly speaking, it's because of time. I've got plenty to share but yeah.

Let's recap.

Happy Eid to those celebrating. Do give me some 'duit raya' instead of spending them for fireworks and stuff.

Today I turn twenTEEN and 1/4, exactly 2 more weeks till my birthday. Whoopdeedoo

I gotta mention that I successfully leveled up for the upcoming semester.

Enough ramblings for the time being.

Monday, July 08, 2013

Bonjour!

Greetings fellow Bloggers!

Dropped by to say hello.

2 more weeks till the anticipated long break before the new semester.

Truth be told, after the research report submission last week,  felt a sudden relieve, a massive burden lifted from my shoulders. No more going to bed and waking up with thoughts constantly haunted and daunted with the uncompleted tasks.

Now all I have to worry about is the final examinations.

Gratefully, I've been running away from procrastination, therefor giving me a week's headstart. It's better to burn the midnight oil now.

Anticipating the advent of Ramadhan. We'll watch tonight's announcement with the announcer in the uncomfortable chair. Unless they got someone to sponsor a bigger and more comfortable chair. I pity the previous announcer. No wonder he never appear ecstatic when announcing the advent of the new month.

I wonder what color will his attire be?

Any guesses?

Pardon my manners, hello July 2013.

If It Means A Lot To You

Why didn't I discover this song long ago? The strumming part is beyond incredible.

This song's definitely on my to-do list for the school break. 3 more weeks!

I Want It That Way.

" Tell me why, ain't nothin' but a mistake"

I grew up with this song and the original band itself.

Subjective.

I've been away from most social media sites lately (except for Twitter) due to the hectic student life.  Turns out that Instagram has the video feture, 9Gag has the GIF thingy  and Facebook with all the hashtags. Oh yeah, did I mention the Super Moon's around?

Truth be told, I am able to witness that phenomenon more than n times a year.

How?

GTA fans will understand this.

The introduction has nothing to do with the title.
I was quite unhappy with things went last week, all of the assignments/tasks were graded subjectively. I would've scored better. It's not my fault since I'm no human magnet or I need to get everyone to root for my team or anything. Just grade us based on our content and style. There's no need to follow other people's choices.

The good things is lowering people's expectations and surprising them in the end. Works everytime.

I countered the devastation with some Calculus tutorials and I hope I nailed the second test. Apart from that, prayers and 9Gag works too.

3 more weeks and I'm outta here (school)!

Summer Forever

The much awaited music video by Megan Nicole is here, actually it was released on May 27 at 10pm PST.
As a slowpoke, I only get to post it here today. Watch it in HD, trust me.

Sunday, May 26, 2013

Bloo.

Earlier on, I had this sudden urge to blog using the  language that I use to communicate with my homies, but then the thought of you (if there's anyone out there) laughing (or at least smirking) at my grammar and vocab, the urge immediately went away. Thank goodness, or else I would've made a fool out of myself. Phew.

It has been a while since I work on some assignment using le laptop. Which means, I have not been playing Tetris Battle.

Some proposal is driving me nuts. Restrained myself the whole day from a certain website (two, actually) but in the end, I failed.
This made me blow air out  from my nostrils for a moment.

Like they say, back at home, cute eh, nang lawak.

Saturday Morning.

It seems that I keep on typing something and end up deleting the whole phrase and resort to this single sentence.

This is why I dig acoustic covers from Jason Chen. Always have the chance to unwind and distract my mind from school stuff for a while. Alyssa looks like Megan Nicole!

Mid-semester

Another half of the semester to go!

If it wasn't because of school, I would've tagged along on someone's business trip to some country up north!

It would've been exciting and insightful. But hey, school has been treating me well, minus the part when I struggled through le Calculus II test last Saturday. I need to change my way of treating Calculus, pronto!

2 tests waiting for me this week. Gulp.

This song sounds quite interesting. What's it about? I have zero idea, like I always say, I dig songs because I never care about the lyrics, as long it sounds appropriate (both the lyrics and the song itself).

Have a great week ahead. Stay safe and God bless.

The Perfect Fan.

"... A lot of prayers to get me through, and there is never a day that passes by I don't think of you."

No matter what, she'll always be your perfect fan. Trust me.

And oh, the BEST gift for your perfect fan is prayer/ dua'a. Everyday is HER day. I'm sure you get me.

I love you, Ma.

The second Sunday of May.

Yes. Yes. It's the day where I anticipate, pretty much because everyone uploads their photos with their mothers and that's when I get to see whether they resemble their mothers or fathers.

Frankly speaking, I don't make much of a deal regarding this celebration because umm, I won't say it. You may say that I'm gloating and stuff. Fair enough.

Earlier today, I was rubbing my eyes as the itch was bugging me. After a while, an eyelash came off. I was puzzled, as the state of the eyelash was unusual but I chose not to bother about it. Not long after that, I feel a sudden 'burn' and the sight of a slight blob on my lower eyelid. Turns out, it was an eye stye! I do hope it's a stye, not a chalazion. Thank goodness it's on the lower eyelid, or else it would've been even more obvious.

The problem is, my eyes are already small enough, if the 'blob' still remain swollen by tomorrow, then I'll have to use shades. Wouldn't that be absurd enough, using shades for a mass lecture in the lecture theatre?

Very. Absurd. It will be.

My shockwave flash keeps crashing! How am I going to view a video on how to fix that glitch?

Smitten.

I should be doing my Chemistry tutorial but I'm here instead.

I have waited for this song for quite sometime. Now it's available on Youtube. Can't wait for my package to arrive! I wonder what's taking it so long?

Nuff said.

Reverie over.

Trying my best to drill the fact into my head that the break's over and I have to go back to school this week. The break was great while it lasts.

The purpose of this post is to inform or "show-off" as some people call it.

What happened during the break? Here we go!

I was quite surprised with myself. I didn't expect that I could come up with a brilliant sketch of a prototype.

I also did some 'research' after attempting to play by ear on the piano.

An extract from When I was a Kid by Boey Cheeming

Found this quote in one of my Chemistry notes.

TwenTEEN-to-be- fever!

After 2 weeks of waiting, this package finally arrived, in time for my birthday. THANK YOU ThePianoGuys!

That  shirt is similar (not the exact) to what the guys wore in this video.

LEGO fan strikes again!

Lastly, something for me to look forward to!

Spot THE difference!

The photos shown are just part of what I did during the break. This is to make it up for bailing out on you, my fellow readers (I do hope you are still around).

Good news! Another package from Music Never Sleeps is on the way. Yay!

One thing, for sure- reverie's over. Back to school.

Till then, Good Luck (say it exactly like Marko from Tropoja would say it. I am still influenced by the previous post).

Good Luck.

Say that title exactly like Marko from Tropoja would say it in the movie-Taken.

I see an increment in views of a certain post by me since interview sessions with a certain sponsor will be held soon, probably this week.

Don't believe me? Check out the live traffic feed at the bottom left of this page.

I somewhat live by this principle, whereby I don't believe in luck but I believe in efforts and putting trust in Him. Despite that fact, I still want to use that expression in this post. Bear with me.

Thank you for checking out my post. I am not sure whether they (le sponsor) would do the exact thing they did 2 years ago again. There's no harm reading my experience, though.

I am very sure that they (future scholars) would read this post. I won't change the title or else I would be wanted by those people (le sponsor (s)).

Apart from wishing you the best for your interview,

Lock-picking.

I did not know that picking locks using a paperclip could hurt oneself.

Don't ask why I did so. It's for a good cause, for sure.

Perhaps it's the size of the paper clip used, causing the receptors of the dermis around my metacarpals and phalanges to detect pain.

Hey, I still got some Biology knowledge in me! Not bad.

TwenTEEN.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, #8!

What's up with twenTEEN? Well, I'd like to spare another year of having the suffix "-teen" in my age. This is due to (perhaps) denial but mostly because I act like an 8-year-old. That's how I see myself, all this while.

No worries, I'll get used to (19+1).

I apologize that it took me so long to create this post, until your special day is over. I really need to be more efficient.
I won't say much.
I hope that I could make it up to you with this too.

This was uploaded by Jason Chen, on April 8, 2013. Don't believe me? Click on the video, which I hope might lead you to Youtube and see the description.

There you go. Megan Nicole's in the video too.

Monday, April 08, 2013

April 8, 2013.

It's just another normal day to a person and since it's Monday, then it's just Monday- the day which most people despise the most.

For some people, it's different.

Right. Enough beating around the bush.

I'll be reaching level twenTEEN in a few hours. Be patient, the game is still progressing.

Greetings April 2013.

I'm sure that this post is predictable.  It's predictable. Why?

Firstly the title is super mundane. Then I'll mention the word rant and/or ramble. Subsequently after that I'll tell you guys that I have zero idea to share here which leads to another hint where I'll mention that this post is boring. Right after that I'll say that I don't express as much... (you know what) and again type that I need to get out more. Finally the post with some video or abruptly end it with a so-called rhetorical statement.

There I've said it. In one short paragraph. Nuff said.

Oh, hello April!

Thursday, March 21, 2013

Pre- results day fever.

Surprisingly, I'm the one who seems paranoid about the big event, despite the fact that my time was over, 2 years ago. Tsk. Dramatic much.

Won't say much about this but, "I can keep a secret if you can keep me guessing". For now.

Monday, March 18, 2013

Blub.

Blub. Not BULB.

Don't ask, I don't know what it means and I'd like to apologize in advance if it's offensive.

Went through my mobile playlist and everything seems so obsolete. I am thinking of changing my genre (again).

What is not right with me?

Saturday, March 16, 2013

Greetings March 2013.

It's mid March already. I hope it' still acceptable to greet the advent of this month, though.

I feel like a skank. I totally forgot about Reality Vs Imagination's 2nd birthday, which was on the 11th of last month. That totally slipped out of my mind, until yesterday, when I went through my planner. I guess I was too overwhelmed with the hectic-ness of Summer Term.

Therefore dear blog, Happy Belated 2nd birthday. I'll try to be more concerned to find you a proper birthday present, as soon possible.

With that matter settled, guess what?

Summer term 2013 finals' results was out LAST week. Again, I need not explain the whole thing, I'm pretty sure you're able to figure that out.

1 more month till I'm back for another semester. Been hanging out at Le Lair with books, video games and Instagram all this while. This happens when everyone else is away for academic sessions and *insert your own hypothesis here*.

I say, I don't express much like I used to. I really miss the old me but I'm quite glad with the current me.

'Nuff said, I'll shut up for now.

Sunday, February 24, 2013

No cheese.

I know. I know. I 'owe' you readers a lot of tales and adventures.

Creating this post live via my laptop. It has been a long time since the last post ( I can't recall which one).

Why on Earth am I here at this time? Don't I have anything far more important than this?

I won't say anything but the most important thing is timing. I missed it within a few seconds. Fine, more than just a few seconds.

Another lesson learned is ALWAYS update software and programs on your laptop. With that saying, take good care of your laptop and never abandon it.

*If you don't, you're gonna have a bad time meme*

I know, no cheese that previous statement would've been effective with a proper meme but I'm not in the state where I feel like generating one.

Enough with that incident. It was not meant to be. There's always a next time.

Did I mentioned that I'm on late-summer break?

Currently, YES.

Nothing much, though. Just chillin' with the books and messing around with Instagram every 2 days.

This is because, there's no one to spend the late-summer with. If only someone could sponsor me air tickets and a lot of pocket money to visit people around the world. That way, I could make history. Around the world in 40 DAYS!   A new record.

No cheese, dude. No cheese.

Won't explain the 'no cheese' part. I do not have the slightest idea about that either.

It's not about the original artist and/or the song. It's about these people. No cheese.

Rubik's Cube.

I do not know why I am always the last in everything.

I am indeed the oblivious and the obnoxious.

Firstly, I forgot to mention that I turned 19 and 5/6  days ago. Oblivious much? Absolutely

Secondly, I started playing with Instagram (in a sense of really posting a photo, not just editing photos and not posting it) during this Lunar New Year Break. Obnoxious much? Indeed.

That's not my point. This is:

I Tell You.

Currently still going online and ignoring the assignments. I shouldn't told you that. Never mind then.

The lecturer played this video (well, not the exact video) in class the other day.

It was a little hard to understand the clip in the beginning, add in some Arabic subtitles (the only part I understand was, "La" which means no.)

It reminded me of the good old days back in school when the teacher 'tested' (almost) everyone in class who those inventors and what their inventions were.

Not to brag, but uhh, never mind. I won't say anything. All I can say that time is relative. The end.

It's fascinating and ironic (at the same time) when they call it the Dark Ages. It's not dark at all. Get it?

Greetings February 2013!

Wie Geht's people of the Blogger world.

Man, it's great to be here, despite the fact that I still have some assignments and slides to be completed.

I must admit that this semester is quite hectic. Especially after the second week. I tell you, it feels like there's no time to go 9GAG-ing, even during the weekends. I know, right?

I hope that explains why I hardly any fun tales and photos to be shared here, like I used to, months ago.

2 more weeks and I'm done with the semester.

February, what's up. Sorry it took me so long to welcome your advent.

Did I mention about Super Bowl 2013? San Francisco 49ers versus Baltimore Raven. The sad thing is I have zero idea about that kind of football.

Frankly speaking, I was not into the original version but now I'm stuck with this.

Friday, January 25, 2013

K (Potassium).

Just to inform you that this post is non-potassium related at all. Figure the title out.

It has been quite a long time since I last heard a ballad from K-artists.

Now I question the relevance of this post.

Since I mentioned about potassium earlier on, let's check K out.

  • It's represented by a "K", a letter that doesn't appear in the element's name at all, but is based on the German word "Kalium".
  • It is a very soft, light silvered colored metal that tarnishes quickly in air into a gray color.
  • When it is burned, the flame is a light purple.
  • Before the 19th century, it was thought that sodium and potassium were the same.
  • It is an electrolyte, it helps conduct electricity in the body, as does sodium, calcium, chloride, and magnesium.

Cello!

Currently on the cello mood.

I loved the second video. It somehow portrays me, in a way.

Tuesday, January 15, 2013

Perceive.

That instant,fear-triggering question asked by le lecturer the other day. "What do you REALLY want to be when you grow up?" I was in awe and at the same time dumbfounded by that so-called trivial question. I had to admit that I felt a little frightened and hesitated to answer that question as the word 'really' was emphasized. In the end I decided to remain quiet as a mouse. There was an immediate, total silence in class. As if there were ghosts passing through the walls. Behold, the power of reality.

Less than 24 hours till Spring Semester results' day. At this point of time, all we can do is pray. Only He knows what's best for everyone.

I'd like to thank ThePianoGuys for uploading this on the day I turned 19 and 3/4. I don't see the relevance of me thanking them but, still. Thank you!

Friday, January 11, 2013

I don't feel like expressing anything. Everyone else is always on the go but I'm still behind, just started to get up from my seat. Nobody needs me. At most times, I appear as or most likely, I AM a nuisance. Therefore, I shall go. But not for long.

Zap.

Hello, my good people. Is anyone out there? I don't think so. That's fine with me. I like it like that.

Not sure whether to rant or to gloat. I have so much time, at the moment.

It only took me to glance out of the window, staring at the rain falling on, with the chilly weather recently, for me to realize the reason I successfully achieve a resolution of mine. Remember when I told you that I would create and improvise resolutions along the way? Yes. I did it.

What's it about?
To me, it's huge. I'm definitely grateful that I made it happen.
However, to you, it's just trivial, like a pebble lying around in the middle of the street.

Back to my story earlier on, I looked outside the window because my eyes were tired after reading this tome.

I'm halfway done. I admit that I am enjoying the book.

Sorry for digressing. As I was staring out the window, enjoying the view, a lot of thoughts going on in my mind. All of a sudden,

ZAP!

It struck me. Made me realize why it happened, why I'm where I am at right now and all. I won't elaborate further about this. I can say that:

Everything happens for a reason.

Tuesday, January 01, 2013

Greetings January 2013.

Hey, 2013! I hope we can get along well.

It does not make sense to request a certain year to be good to you as you are the one who's going through that year. The year is only the space and the measuring tool for you to continue living (with His permission) and resume writing the story of your lives.

Speaking of writing, I gladly announce that I have already started writing again! I hope I can maintain this habit. I say so because I have the time to write, now. I wonder whether I am able to do so if I'm occupied with school and all.

Great. Experiencing writer's block. Man! I missed that term. I'm glad I can use it now. Yay me.

How about resolutions? Would I like to discuss it here, just to make this post longer?

No.

I do not want to sound impolite or anything but I'll just improvise and create along the way. Everyone's given the power to plan but only He knows best.

Pardon my manners, welcome back to school 2013 to most students nationwide.

2013, game on.
