I had quite an adventure today. Let's cut the story short,

True story.

I was glad that most of the parts of today's adventure wasn't planned.

Thank you to the 3 kids who I never hang out with during school breaks. Therefore I've officially spent time with/ met  all of le partners-in-crime during school breaks, even though not all of them at the same time.

I did manage to fulfill a friend's request, even though le friend had a minor injury. I was glad that I made everyone happy. The end.

Along the way.

I decided to tell my adventure the other day in a simplified way, what you didn't get to see the other day.

The train which I decided not to take. It was definitely a good move even though I waited another 30 minutes waiting for the next train but it was worth the wait.

The view along the way, in another, more sophisticated train. Traveled in style. Like a boss.

If only I someone could drive me to the boarding gate, which was about 7 minutes of walking distance.

The travelator rocks. How I wish they have this in school.

Danke.

What's up everyone! Very sorry since I didn't update anything lately.
Basically, I went out kayaking with the 3 kids whom I went bowling with the other day. We really had fun in the sun and at the recreation center. There were no other people, except the workers and also school kids. The 4 of us had to wait for an hour since the kids came earlier than us and conquered the kayaks, paddle boats and rubber dinghy (maybe?). We entertained ourselves with the kids' various ways and behaviors in navigating the kayaks and all. After 60 minutes it was our turn to enjoy ourselves and we had the whole place to ourselves. After kayaking we stop by one of our Casas to change our clothes and went to treat ourselves for lunch.

Today,  the bowling alley was revisited by us again, including another newcomer. We really enjoy ourselves and had fun. I'm sorry I'm not going to elaborate further on the adventures. Till then stay awesome.

P.s To those kids who spent time with me during the outings, Danke. It really means a lot to me. All the best for the new semester and also everything ahead.

Fun Week.

Hello people! Woo hoo! Sorry, I ran out of bizarre ideas for the title, so yeah. This whole week has been one of the bombs due to the happenings, which I can't describe.

Monday: Pre-calculus quiz

Tuesday: Book review presentation

Campaign Project presentations:

Plastics Not So Fantastic

Mannerism(Sorry, No photo)

Stop Stressing, Start Living

Wednesday: Campaign Project presentations (cont.)

 Garden City Project

 Define Terms, Not People

 SAT October 2011 results day.

Gratefully I need not have to attempt that test ever again. Phew. 4 hours of sitting down of every session of SAT is more than enough.

Thursday: Pre-calculus test. Last class for TOEFL. TOEFL class is one of the best classes in which we have practice tests for the listening or reading sections in the computer lab. Once we have finished either one of those sections, we may utilize the computers until the end of class.

Friday: Book review presentation (cont)

Saturday: Fundamental of Islamic Studies and Moral and Ethics Final Examinations.
Went to Shah Alam Extreme Park for Wall climbing.

Climbing up

Almost there..

"Lower!"

Going down

p.s I can't believe it's almost the end of Fall Semester 2011.

The Show.

Hey, it's been a while since I last visited Blogger. I didn't have the opportunity to do so.
Went to Istana Budaya with Chicagoans and 3 other classes to watch a theater musical:

The bus was supposed to leave Shah Alam at 1745hrs, but our flight was delayed 45minutes later due to some reasons which I do not wish to state. Chicago and Glendale were in the same bus; Chicagoans conquered the back area of the bus. Everyone was so hyped up for the first part of the journey. I could sense that the driver was about to throw us off the bus if he had the permission to do so. When we arrived, (almost) everyone was super excited as most of us hadn't been to that place.

I must admit that it was my first time stepping into Istana Budaya and also watching a theater musical. I can say it was spectacular, minus the part where our seats were located thousands of centimeters above the stage. Overall it was entertaining and I recommend others to watch it ASAP. The show ends in mid October.

P.s I apologize for the low quality of the photos. I dropped my phone on the floor for 8 times, so far.
P.p.s I'm 18 1/2 today.

Here I Am.

Hey everyone! Here I am.
Not the actual place.

McDonalds KL Sentral. Waiting for my beloved mother. Turns out that her flight is not delayed or retimed but cancelled! Therefore she has to take another flight. Still unsure about the whole situation yet. So, I'm entertaining myself with McD FM, Blogger and The Tumblr. Currently having my brunch repast super slow since there's no need to rush.

Woke up late today since I went to bed earlier this morning due to the fun Skype session with one of my partners-in-crime. Jumped out of bed around 0900hrs and immediately get myself ready. I was worried that I was going to be late since I somewhat agreed to some of The Chosen Ones yesterday that we would go to the KTM station together around 1000hrs. I informed one of them to just go without me in case I was the excess baggage. When I settled everything I walked out of the gates and surprisingly I met them! Then we took the cab to the station and arrived around 1030hrs.

Brought along a small sized luggage, which I used to bring back my tomes to college the other day.  There's just something about me, luggage and the barrier/gates to enter the platforms. I put on a show where the luggage got through the automated "gate" and I was left behind. Happens most of the time.

Not the actual "stage" where I performed the luggage scene.

The train was full of people and I had to stand and crammed myself in between the sea of multifarious Homo Sapiens the whole way. Arrived at KL Sentral after 45-50minutes of standing and leaning in the train.

Basically that's my adventure so far. I shall now continue my brunch repast.
Till then, stay awesome.

p.s I just realized that this is my 100th post.

11.

Happy 3rd day of Syawal. Conquered 11 houses for the Raya visit with partners-in-crime.
-very happy that I get to meet with most of them.
-became the driver of the day along with another 2 drivers.
-11 destinations in approximately 9.5hrs, which was my longest "road trip".
-drove in the downpour, managed to be a safe driver& sent the 2 passengers safely to their destination.
-knew the meaning of "lopak air" today.

p.s My apologies because I can't reveal the full coverage of today's adventure. Feel free to ask me in person if you're eager to know all about it.
p.p.s Thanks, Partners-in-crime for making my day super meaningful by your presence.

Early Days At INTEC UiTM 2011. Part 1

I would like to welcome the weekend with open arms since this week has been an awesome week for a college freshman like me. Minggu Destini Siswa (MDS) was held throughout this week. I proudly announce that I'm currently blogging from my apartment, far away from home.

Saturday, 02/07/2011
Took the flight to KLIA with Dad since the college registration is on the next day.
These are the last snapshots of the airport and airplanes before I left K city.

From the airport

Sunday 03/07/2011 (Day 1)
Left the hotel around 0730hrs to the college. Gratefully, the journey went smooth and managed to reach to the destination in approximately 1 hour. There were a lot of people; parents, grandparents, siblings, uncles, aunts, cousins, and even neighbours. Filled up some forms and went to some block to submit the forms and obtain some merchandise which consists of a mini backpack ( more like a knapsack)with some important paperwork and a long-sleeve shirt. Got the keys to the apartment and brought everything upstairs.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. 4 study tables, 1 pantry with sink, bathroom with shower (depends on which floor that you'll be staying), garbage chute, 2 sofas, and a place to dry your clothes.

The coordinators of that day's event announced that students have to be back at that site before 1300hrs. After the so-called long wait, everyone boarded the bus to college. Listened to some talks and that's probably it. I can't recall.

Monday 04/07/2011 (Day 2)
Everyone from different programs consisting of  American Credit Transfer Program (ACTP,) American Degree Foundation Program (ADFP,) Australian Maticulation (AUSMAT), A-Level Medicine (ALM), A-Level UK( ALUK)and A-Level German (ALG) assembled at the basketball court according to our programs. The seniors who are also known as Pemimpin Mahasiswa, divided us into 40 groups of different programs with a senior assisting the respective groups. I was in group 31which was definitely an outgoing group.  After lunch we had the student-sponsor session at their respective places. The head of the MDS organizing team later revealed that they purposely mixed students of different programs in order to create the 1Malaysia/ 1INTEC spirit. I really do agree when everyone got the chance to meet each other.

Tuesday 05/072011, Day 3

To my point of view I really loved the activities held on the 3rd day of MDS. We were able to meet with the whole group. Created the group cheer and played many fun games and mind boggling riddles
Only certain groups managed to perform their group cheer. After lunch we had a rehearsal for a major function on the next day learned , we had The PMs taught us a Bollywood dance and also a modern Chinese dance. Everyone enjoyed themselves which made the  PMs to be happy and everyone danced up to 4 rounds or more.

p.s I guess that's it for now. Will share  more stories as soon as possible. Pardon me for any grammatical and spelling errors.

Expelliarmus!

Greetings, Earthlings. I come in peace. Take me to to your leader. Well, that was random.
Let's cut to the chase.

Woke up at 0330hrs, early enough to beat the alarm clock, whilst almost everyone is still drawing maps on their pillow(s). Started the journey to the airport at 0430hrs. Dad tagged along because he wouldn't let me drive. So the back seat belongs to me the whole journey. I really love the scenery and situation along the way. It's still the same minus the vehicles and sunlight. Replace them with the morning mist and fresh air.

The aftermath of yesterday's downpour is still visible.
Reached the airport in less than 30 minutes. Helped to settle the self check-in and luggage. Bid farewell and straight went to the viewing area.

p.s I love airports and airplanes but I dislike farewells.
p.p.s My apologies for the low quality photos.Try not to click on the photos for better resolution. I blame the mist for fogging up my mobile's lens. Seriously. Sorry mist, for blaming you.
