I Fell.

HELLO EVERYBODY! (say that exactly like Gru in Minion Rush)

I do hope there's still some people out there.

Finals' just around the corner, 2 days to be exact.

Crazy things I do/did, instead of revising for the exam,

1. I just pledged on PledgeMusic for Megan Nicole's handwritten lyrics sheet package minutes ago

2. I spent one day finishing a book that I bought the day before and

I FELL-

for the 2 main fictional characters in the book.

Yep. I've said it. I don't usually get engaged with the characters in the books I've read but then, this is definitely an exception.

If I were a famous film director, I'd make a movie out of this book.

Did I mention that one of the main character's name is A? Coincidence much.

I cried at the ending of the book.Yes.

I read/ heard that there's a sequel/ companion to this book, from the other main character's POV!

Enough rambling for this post.

Till then, stay safe!

Subjective.

I've been away from most social media sites lately (except for Twitter) due to the hectic student life.  Turns out that Instagram has the video feture, 9Gag has the GIF thingy  and Facebook with all the hashtags. Oh yeah, did I mention the Super Moon's around?

Truth be told, I am able to witness that phenomenon more than n times a year.

How?

GTA fans will understand this.

The introduction has nothing to do with the title.
I was quite unhappy with things went last week, all of the assignments/tasks were graded subjectively. I would've scored better. It's not my fault since I'm no human magnet or I need to get everyone to root for my team or anything. Just grade us based on our content and style. There's no need to follow other people's choices.

The good things is lowering people's expectations and surprising them in the end. Works everytime.

I countered the devastation with some Calculus tutorials and I hope I nailed the second test. Apart from that, prayers and 9Gag works too.

3 more weeks and I'm outta here (school)!

Zap.

Hello, my good people. Is anyone out there? I don't think so. That's fine with me. I like it like that.

Not sure whether to rant or to gloat. I have so much time, at the moment.

It only took me to glance out of the window, staring at the rain falling on, with the chilly weather recently, for me to realize the reason I successfully achieve a resolution of mine. Remember when I told you that I would create and improvise resolutions along the way? Yes. I did it.

What's it about?
To me, it's huge. I'm definitely grateful that I made it happen.
However, to you, it's just trivial, like a pebble lying around in the middle of the street.

Back to my story earlier on, I looked outside the window because my eyes were tired after reading this tome.

I'm halfway done. I admit that I am enjoying the book.

Sorry for digressing. As I was staring out the window, enjoying the view, a lot of thoughts going on in my mind. All of a sudden,

ZAP!

It struck me. Made me realize why it happened, why I'm where I am at right now and all. I won't elaborate further about this. I can say that:

Everything happens for a reason.

Those Daunting Initials.

I know I am supposed to be revising for Calculus test tomorrow but, never mind. I'll do that after posting this.

Never mind that.

The 5 daunting initials after SPM, SAT, O-Levels, A-Levels, Foundation studies and so on:

I heard that it's exam season. Not sure whether I can help you out, but all I can do is pray for your success and may your all your efforts pay off eventually.

Head over to:

for my firsthand account of le TOEFL exam last year. Even though already did your TOEFL/ IELTS, just enjoy that post.

LEGO®.

Been a LEGO® fan since le parents bought me those colorful plastic toy bricks when I was young.
I've always dreamed of living going here one day. I know I will.

But then, I don't mind going here first.

This is definitely going into my resolution list.

Have an incredible week ahead. Till then, take care and stay awesome :)

Disappointment.

A peculiar incident happened to me just now. Even though I try to restrain myself to create this post since I am going to reveal people's weaknesses, as every religion teaches its people not to do so but my intention is so that others will not encounter the same thing as I did, for safety reasons.

I went hunting for a large box to put in my things. I was on the verge of giving up and might decide to throw those precious things if I failed to find the perfect box to put them. I saw this pile of boxes and a kitten behind some fast food outlet. Then I decided to go check it out.

Then I laid my eyes on that box, just the perfect size and I had second thoughts of taking it. I was worried in case it couldn't fit in le uncle's car later on. While I was busy talking to myself, I knew I was being watched.

The moment I kidnapped the box away, I heard some bloke yelling HALO! HALO! Luckily I had my earphones on, as usual and walk away.

After a few meters from the place I kidnapped the box, the bloke caught up with me with his motorbike. He reprimanded me for taking away HIS BOX from his area. He claimed that he was at the crime scene.

I was like:

Me: Kalau uncle nak ambik lah. (If you want your box so badly, here. Take it)

Bloke@Hobo: :Lu perlu kotak tu kah? (Do you really need that box?)

Me: Taklah jugak. Nak bawak barang balik kampung.Sorry lah unlce, saya tak tau ini uncle punya. (Not really. I just need it to bring my things home. I'm sorry, mister. I didn't know it was your box.)
(How on Earth should I know. He didn't write his name on it. Who asked him to leave it lying around? Why didn't he put the Police-line-do-not-cross-tape?

Bloke@Hobo: Lain kali  lu cakap dulu, tanya sama kotak sudah ambil ke belum. Next time, ask first whether I already possess that box or not.

(There's NO NEXT TIME! I'M GOING HOME FOR GOOD BLOKE!)

Me: Thank you uncle, sorry saya tak tahu tadi. Thank you mister. Sorry about that.

After that he went away I was like:

Pardon me for the bad English. I translated it directly.

After all that drama, I was disappointed in people like that hobo. Actually I don't think he's a hobo as he rode a motorbike but I still want to use that term.

Why would you reprimand a teenager, who somewhat steal an unused box in your territory? Why make that box an issue? I do not want to be like him, desperately searching for boxes and reprimanding people for stealing your income away.

I was grateful enough  that he didn't run into me with his motorbike.

I Will Find You.

Woke up super early since I couldn't sleep. Even though it was my fault but I still blame the mosquitoes for playing the song of its species and having a feast without my permission. It's hazing here in Shah Alam. Even le mom knows how bad it is since the whole thing was on the news.

I opened the window less than 1 cm, hoping I could provide some ventilation and reduce the heat but those creatures took the opportunity to misuse me.

Just so you'd get a clearer image of the whole situation,
Protagonist: Liam Neeson (Me)
Antagonist: Dog (Mosquitoes)

The moment I woke up and found out I was 'punctured' and had holes on my arms and worst, underneath my feet,

Only managed to kill 3/5 mosquitoes, those only one of them was bloated with fresh B+ type blood.

The other 2 mosquitoes, I repeat, "I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE, BUT I WILL FIND YOU AND I WILL KILL YOU,"

Enough with the melodramatic incident.

So, after the waiting and killing part (mostly waiting), I opened my Calculus textbook. In the end I got bored and played Tetris Battle. I even had the chance to battle with le partner-in-crime.

The only thing I'd like to convey on this fine but hazy morning is I hope I could meet and spend time with Ramadan this year. I yearn so much for this year's rendezvous with that month full of blessings that I'm trying my best to be patient and contain that feeling. If God's willing, I will.

I am right, right?

The second last week of Summer Semester has ended.

Having bad weather here in Shah Alam. It's hazing, the look and the smell of global warming.

Speaking of haze, I misinterpret the song in my previous post.

There was the first 3 lines at the beginning of the chorus:

I wanna be blown away
I wanna be swept off my feet
I wanna meet the one who makes it hard for me to breathe

My interpretation: The I refers to DUST.

Most of you will give these reactions.

But I am partially right.

People blow dust away, sweep dust and dust makes people hard to breathe.

No offense, Megan Nicole! I still look up to your music skills.

Bubbles.

No matter what age you are, you can never say no to bubbles, even you restrain yourselves from popping them. I know, deep down inside you want so badly to pop them too.

Megan Nicole made me want to play with bubbles. See?

I didn't even bother to understand the song. Was too occupied with the bubbles and her guitar.

INTEC UiTM: Seksyen 17 Campus.

Full credits to INTEC Sky page. I'm just conveying the info.

Even though you will be going on a tour around the campus during your orientation week, best known as Minggu Destini Siswa (MDS), might as well you enjoy this photos, who knows you'll be able to get to know the places around the campus even better.

I didn't know this place exists

Block U: The most diverse block ever

Block W: ALM block

Warmest Welcome to INTEC UiTM, Shah Alam.

Since I received a lot of requests from my readers that I should share more stories or anything similar like that about INTEC. Without further ado, welcome, to all future INTEC students.

Hello there. I'm your guide for this and the upcoming posts regarding INTEC UiTM. I'm currently pursuing American Degree Foundation Program in Engineering and I'll be completing my Summer Semester in  2 week's time. Most probably won't be able to meet those students of July 2012 intake. Never fear, you get to meet me here. Virtually.

Without further ado, brace yourselves for more info on your future alma mater,

WhatsApp!

Greetings everyone. I've been having conversations via WhatsApp text messages, 3 days in a row.

I insist putting this image here, for no apparent reason.

You might say. "So, what?"

I say, "I have nothing else better so say in this post. I just want to keep this blog as active as possible, no matter how trivial the posts are."

No like it? Well, you see that red x icon on the top most right part of your monitor/screen? Be my guest to click it.

No matter how trivial things are, if it comes to those people I care and cherish, it means a lot to me.

I repeat this, one more time, once again. You can count on me. I am and will always be there for you. You. And you. You too. Not to forget , you. Yeah you, over there.

Factoids of Me. Part 1.

It's not that I'm selfish or unwilling to share my knowledge or anything like that. Sometimes (most of the time, actually)

Don't be offended when I reject when you randomly offer food to me. It's just that my hands are not clean, unless you offer me food when I'm also eating at that moment. I always wash my hands when necessary since I have poor immune system. If I don't do so, especially before eating, I'll definitely end up having a sore throat and ulcers.

When I'm feeling down, I listen to this:

It makes me feel calm and sometimes make me wonder, why can't I be the rain instead of being a stupid human, who constantly makes mistakes and being a disgrace to some people? It's not that I'm being ungrateful but being the rain is more worthy as you know what the rain does.

I'm an introvert. Oh yeah, you know that already. Did I mention I'm pathetic? Yeah, I did. Pathetic me.

I use the word I excessively. I'm unsure whether I is a word (which refers to me). See what I mean?

I guess that's enough factoids of the day, in case you are bored to death or something like that.

What's Missing?

It may seem a typical and so-called rhetorical question, but it is indeed a paramount question to me.

I miss my buddies. No wonder I'm like this. I need them to help me fill in those empty spaces.
Guys, if you're reading this, I miss you so badly! I've been thinking about us a lot and hoping that we will get to meet soon.

When Life.

When life gives you lemons, take them. Think about the others who doesn't get those lemons.

Take this moment to thank God and be grateful that you have wonderful people around you especially your parents who supports you no matter what and your family who will be willing to do everything they could to always be there for you and help you gain back that fighting spirit in you even though you might be or are reaching a dead end but like they say: "It's not the end yet, you'll just have to go a few steps backwards and take a new road to continue your journey,"

I am indeed grateful that my parents are still around or else I wouldn't know what to do. I fell down for quite a number of times, but they're always around to help me up, clean up my wounds and still encouraging me to stand up and continue walking and hoping that I'll be able to run eventually.

I'm just a kid, there's still a lot for me to learn and experience to be a better person. If God's willing, I do hope I can repay all your sacrifices and kindness in the future. May God bless you and thank you for being in my life. If it wasn't for you and God, I would've gave up a long time ago.

"Oh God! Forgive me and my parents. Have mercy on them and bless them as they care for me since I was a child."

I pray that this is a blessing in disguise.

Out of The Blue.

Another Saturday, which marks the end of week 3 of week 8 of Summer Semester 2012.

Like the title, I will be super duper random and type anything that comes to my mind.

I experience difficulties in deciding where to buy food for my repasts. It's not that there's insufficient number of outlets but it's the opposite. That's not my problem, it's just that I really miss home-made food, made with love and only available at the proper time. Unlike now. Not being ungrateful but I have to go out , which I dislike the most, (especially when I already took control of the place that I'm currently staying) as I think it is such a hassle where I have to dress super good and super decent as I might bump into some friends on the way.

I'd like to emphasize the word "super" as I don't want you to give this look

and think that I don't look good indoors.

I'm counting the days till I can't go check out from this place and go back home over the seas and eat home made food. Not to forget the part where I can take back my reign as Mom's Jr. Sous Chef! Whoopdeedoo.

Next, I'd like to thank a friend for compiling and making a video about us (the whole partners-in-crime group) which took this friend about 3 years to do so.  I couldn't sleep last mornight as I have no idea why maybe it's the weekend. I fidgeted non stop then I got up and switched on le laptop and watched those videos. They really brought back infinite memories.

I feel guilty for not making any efforts of reaching out to all le partners-in-crime. The thought of bugging them while they're in the midst of erudition, revision and far more important things in life rather than entertaining me and my pathetic request, which is basically saying hello and asking "how are you?" extinguishes the desire to reach out to them. I'm sorry, for being pathetic.
Again, to that friend, the video maker, thank you, terima kasih, spashiba, merci, danke, gracias arigato, gomawo (and the list of thank you phrases in diverse languages goes on and on and on) very much for executing that plan of creating those videos. Even though some may have already forgotten  about it, but I didn't as I hold on to what I have and only those things I have. I appreciate your kindness and efforts.

Reminiscing those moments when I tried to impress a friend and in the end I fell in love.

Yup.
I. Fell. In. Love.

I fell in love with a subject, a field of knowledge.

and I totally forgot the main purpose of the whole thing. Friend, thank you for willingly to frequently turn to me for help in that subject and also for being competitive. Without you, I wouldn't be in love with Science PMR and SPM level and make it through the whole 5 years of high school and be who I am today.

Sorry for making a big deal about the previous 7th sentence.
I'm sure this is how you feel after all that suspense and if I didn't mention you in this post.

I guess that's enough words and memes for this post.

The New Chapter.

So, it's my 19th birthday! Alles gute zum Gerburtstag, #8!

It's my first time celebrating this event away from home, never mind that.
Actually, I don't know where to start or on what to rant about.

I'm grateful I felt more love today and no surprises. I prefer that since I didn't want to burden anyone. The most important thing is, no birthday pranks! But I will still keep my guards up.

I may be right about that fact.

But to be polite and  be considerate about people's feelings,

A very sincere THANK YOU for all the gifts, time spent, birthday wishes ( via phone call, text message, tweets and etc) and everything. It really means a lot to me. THANK YOU for coloring and making my life more meaningful.

I'll behave well.

I still think being 19 is a lot younger than being 18. Why? Everyone makes a big deal when they/ their friends turning 18, something about being legal and stuff. To my humble perspective, being legal is when you turn 21, which I think is true.

Families, teachers, partners-in-crime, friends, acquaintances, thank you for being in my life and making it more meaningful. I really appreciate your presence and I pray for your safety, success and happiness.

I remembered experiencing ,my first ever birthday surprise 365 days ago. Good times.

Physics test 2 tomorrow. Will try my best to reply all le birthday wishes as soon as possible.

This song really made my day. Thank you, le partner-in-crime.

Prankster.

I was in the midst of deep erudition of a specific branch of Mathematics until some ignorant caller keeps calling me. For the record, I don't answer unknown calls. If anyone really needs to contact me, they should text me to indicate their identities.  Back to the story: I ignored the first 2 calls since I did miss a call from that number earlier this afternoon. For the 3rd time, I "answered" the call but didn't say a word. So did the caller. The same thing happened for the next 2 calls. For the next call, I did the same thing and only faked my voice to tell them they called the wrong person when the caller started saying something in foreign (not that foreign) and in the end the caller hanged up. At that moment I was relieved that I could continue with le task.

I said that too soon. Received another 3 calls. Since I was a little annoyed since my study mood was disrupted and picked up the calls without answering them. Serves HER right. Y U No understand that you are calling the wrong number. As a valuable lesson to her, I purposely picked up the calls, now she needs to pay: the bills or losing her credit. So caller,

Enough of that irrelevant situation.

Everyone(almost everyone, including me) is anticipating the big day which is in less than 48 hours.
It's normal to be nervous, giddy, insecure and all the feelings in the world on the big day. I have no rights to say that since I wasn't around during last year's results day.

I'd say this:

Dear students of SPM 2011 batch and future college juniors,

Everything happens for a reason and the reason indicates your strengths and weaknesses. Try to learn from them (too cliche)

All the best! (too mainstream and too late)

You can do it! (do what? go to school, take le results, meet friends and teachers, reminisce)

Keep faith and trust that our creator has already planned everything for us, He knows best.
Therefore, keep calm and no matter what your results are, you will have it for the rest of your lives YOU WILL HAVE IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIVES. [laughs evilly]

Sorry for using all caps for the last few words. I just had to emphasize my point. To be frank, that really made my day.

Mid Term Break: The Rendezvous.

Happy 19th birthday to le guardian! I was super grateful to attend today's rendezvous as I got the chance to hang out with le partners-in-crime who I haven't met in quite a long time.

We had a great time here.

Thank you le birthday person, for making the effort to gather us all, how I wish everyone was there, but that's just an imagination.

Thank you le partners-in-crime who came to today's rendezvous. It meant a lot to me. All the best for your finals. You guys can do it. "End it with a bang, not a whimper."- Anonymous.

Thank you, le waiter/cashier. Finally I got to visit your workplace. You did a good job, despite us, with our antics, you still maintain your professionalism. All the best for 2012 results day. I pray for your success, not matter what the outcomes will be.

Thank you le driver& le birthday person's sibling for being there, too le driver, for driving being the driver Do take good care of le birthday person in the future.

This post seems mundane, etc. But I prefer not elaborate further. I need not share almost everything, some memories are meant to be kept and cherished personally. I do hope you respect my decision. Thank you for understanding (hopefully).

Mid Term Break:The Beginning.

So, here I am. Blogging live from my super cool lair. Took the same flight with le mom yesterday evening. Went to KL from Shah Alam via train around 1110hrs. Arrived at the place where le mom stayed for the week 1 hour later. I managed to ride in the new train, even got myself a seat!  Won't say much as most of you know what to expect.

So far, I completed USEL 22's 2nd essay: Relating reading to personal experience essay. My peer reviewer/partner was Mr. N. Thank you for willing to review my essay, yours was flawless, I enjoyed it.

I finished reading this during yesterday's flight.

Left: Mr. Ayad Akhtar, author
Right: American Dervish, book
Publish date: January 2012

The book I bought at MPH, 2 weeks ago when I took the flight back home for Grandad's birthday.

I enjoyed it, somehow it opened/changed my perspective. I have to admit that I wasn't aware/ exposed to certain issues/matters that were brought up in the book. I thought it was a non-fiction book but I was wrong, was a little disappointed but I'm glad I finished the book.

I heard this song while driving earlier this evening. I googled up the phrase of the chorus and found the song. This song is soothing, especially the guitar part.
